ACE Mentor Program of Washington Opportunity

About Us

Since 2001, the ACE Mentor Program of Washington has helped 4,000+ students learn all about the architecture, engineering, and construction professions. Groups of 10-15 mentors are matched with groups of 20-30 students for a 15-session program during the school year. Teams visit major construction sites, complete projects, and meet bi-monthly at mentor firm offices. Mentors have opportunities for networking, community engagement, and targeted workforce development.
