Leadership Eastside offers leadership development experiences that engage our community, invite all perspectives are grounded in the practical skills of Adaptive Leadership, Systems Thinking, Thrival, Gracious Space and Racial Equity. We co-create a more just and equitable Eastside by developing leaders who understand what makes a healthy community and equipping them with skills to manage adaptive challenges.

Leadership Eastside convenes leadership for the greater good in East King County as an education leader. We inform, equip, and connect our community’s greatest assets – its leaders – to meet our community’s greatest needs.
