The Community Advisory Committee for Law Enforcement (CACLEO) offers input on law enforcement policies and procedures. It advises the King County Sheriff's Office and King County Council on equity and social justice in policing. It also provides public resources on alleged police misconduct and does outreach to communities served by the Sheriff's Office.CACLEO includes up to 11 members who represent the diversity of the Sheriff’s Office service area. Members serve 3-year terms with a 2-term limit.
