Responsible for recruiting new local event sponsors and fostering new and current sponsor relationships.

Help us to recruit more people like you who are passionate about making a difference to cure childhood cancer. Together.
Community Outreach
Responsible for promoting and creating awareness in our community for the St. Jude Walk/Run.
Committee Opportunities
Join this group of passionate individuals and be the voice and champion of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital® in your community! Committee members meet regularly throughout the year to expand local participation. Each leadership role focuses efforts on engaging the community in exciting new ways:
- Igniting corporate involvement through sponsorship and employee engagement.
- Offering mentorship to new and returning fundraising teams.
- Spreading awareness through a variety of local networks and influential channels.
- Enhancing the event experience for all participants and bringing the mission to life on Walk Day.
Day of Event Positions
Bring your passion to our mission and volunteer at the St. Jude Walk/Run near you! Volunteers play a vital role in making this celebratory day a huge success. Choose from a variety of different positions including:
- Event setup and decorating or event clean up.
- Participant registration and check in.
- Cheer squad at the start/finish line and along the course.
