Pioneer Park Work Party
In the spirit of the gifting season, give a gift back to mother nature by plant native plants and helping to remove weeds in your favorite park! We’ll get some native plants in the ground, and then remove ivy and blackberry from the under story of forest in Pioneer Park. Drink some hot chocolate, eat some snacks, and get your hands in the dirt as you work alongside neighbors and friends.
No experience necessary. All ages welcome; gloves and tools are provided.
When : Thursday, December 26 th, 10am-12pm

What to bring : Dress for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (think: long pants, boots or sneakers). Bring water. Small snacks, gloves, and tools will be provided.
